After Jordanelle, we headed to Salt Lake to the Inn on the Hill. Once we got there we were gathering stuff in the car. Mason dropped his keys on the seat while grabbing stuff and forgot to pick them up before shutting the door. So then we had locked Mason's keys in the car! We hurried and checked in to the inn and then began calling people. Luckily Mason's family was in downtown Salt Lake at a concert. We walked to meet them and then Mason's dad let us borrow his car to drive to our apartment and grabbed the spare key to our car. It was interesting walking downtown. We have driven a lot downtown, but it is so different to actually walk the streets. We starting noticing places we had no idea even existed.
The Inn on the Hill was very nice. Mason and I agreed that if we could take parts of both the Inn on the Hill and the Canyon Resorts in Park City and combine them together, we would have the ultimate hotel room. One thing we really liked about the inn was that we had a really cool view of downtown.
Then in the morning we saw a "parade" of motorcycles that were going up to the capital. After we checked out we went up to the capital and went to the park nearby. I have already posted some pictures, but here are the rest.
The End!
